How to make and share a wedding e-invite
An e-invite works best when a guest can quickly answer three questions: who is getting married, when should I arrive, and where should I go? Start with accurate details, then choose decoration that keeps them readable.
- Choose tradition and language. Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Jain, Buddhist and Modern options change the emblem and suggested functions. Select Hindi, English, Hindi + English or Urdu for Muslim style.
- Enter names and family details. Review editable Hindi/Urdu suggestions; transliteration can be ambiguous. Leave optional parents, grandparents and address lines blank when you do not need them.
- Add functions separately. Enter each date, local India time and venue. Add a Google Maps link for the right venue; if you omit it, guest-page Map buttons search the entered venue text. Check that the result is correct.
- Choose one of twelve designs. Compare the sample gallery. A long function list makes the digital image taller so it stays readable. Choose a print size if buying a PDF.
- Preview and proofread. The free preview is watermarked and low-resolution. Ask someone else to check spellings and addresses. A past-date warning does not choose an auspicious date for you.
- Choose the paid format. JPG ₹99, print PDF ₹199 or JPG + PDF combo ₹399. Payment confirmation is checked on the server. Keep the private recovery link to recover files or check payment.
- Share the guest link. After verified payment, use “WhatsApp par bhejein” or copy the guest link. Supported devices can share the JPG file too. Select the recipient yourself.
- Track replies privately. Open your recovery link to see the RSVP list. Guests can update a reply in the same browser. No guest list is published on the invite page.
What to send and what to keep private
Send guests the separate guest invite link, with the card image if you want. Keep the recovery link to yourself: it opens downloads and the RSVP list. The guest page is unlisted rather than password-protected; anyone who receives its link can view the card. It is marked noindex, but guests can still forward it or save the image.
The guest page expires 30 days after the last function date. Expired pages stop opening immediately and their RSVP data is removed by the hourly cleanup. Keep any files you need before recovery expires. If payment return is interrupted, reopen the private link and use Check payment before trying to pay again.
Questions families ask
Can guests RSVP without paying?
Yes. The couple buys a card; guests open its unlisted link and submit name, attendance and party count without paying.
Can a free preview be shared by a public link?
No. Public guest invite pages are a paid perk. Free previews remain low-resolution and watermarked.
How does WhatsApp sharing work?
On a supported mobile browser, the Share button opens the device share sheet with the image file and invite URL. You choose WhatsApp and the recipient. Other browsers open a WhatsApp text link. The site cannot confirm message delivery.
Prices and what you get
Every paid plan includes an unlisted guest invite page with the card, Google Map, calendar download and RSVP. Free previews have no public share page. A guest-page QR is optional. Guest pages and RSVP data expire 30 days after the final function date and delete within one hour. Keep the private recovery link safe: it opens your downloads and RSVP list. Send guests only the separate guest link.
