Long parents’ names or addresses need extra care on a small screen. If the maker asks you to shorten a line before checkout, make that change first. Names and religious wording should be approved by the couple or family.

Sound should be optional

The video uses original, self-made music; it is not a licensed Bollywood soundtrack or a custom recorded song. You can turn music off. Because many guests watch WhatsApp with sound muted, every essential fact must be visible as text. Do not depend on a spoken announcement, a song lyric or a QR code alone to convey the ceremony time. Test the downloaded file on a phone before sending it to the entire guest list.

Understand preview, delivery and sharing

The free video preview is an 11-second, low-resolution, watermarked sample. It is different from the paid MP4. Full videos render in a queue and may take several minutes; keep the payment recovery link private and use the progress display. Time zones: show the venue time first

Write the date in words, for example “20 February 2027”, so US and UK guests do not reverse the day and month. Put the city and time zone beside the time. India uses IST (UTC+05:30); Toronto and London can change offset with daylight saving, so check the event’s date rather than today’s clock. For example, on 20 February 2027, 11:00 AM in Jaipur is 12:30 AM in Toronto and 5:30 AM in London. Label any second time as a guest reference and keep the venue time prominent.

The maker prints the time you enter without converting it. Its current guest calendar/countdown assumes IST, so for a wedding outside India use the printed local-time details and share your own verified calendar invitation. Do not rely on the automatic guest calendar for an overseas venue. Check any conversion with a calendar set to the actual event date before sending.
